For the United States, the current website, www.regisbenefits.com and the enrollment site https://services.shps.net/login/regislogin.asp will no longer be available for health and welfare changes beginning September 15, 2008.

If you have a change to your insurance elections of an “urgent” nature, such as the birth of a child*, between September 15, 2008 and September 30, 2008, you may call a Benefits Representative at 1-800-492-2925. Otherwise, you will need to access the new RHBSC website, or contact a representative after October 1, 2008. (*Qualified Major Life Event (QMLE) includes: Marriage, Divorce, Birth or Adoption of a Child, COBRA exhaustion, loss of current coverage or change of employment status. The Home Office Benefits Department must be notified of an QMLE within 31 days of the event in order to make a change to current benefits.)

If you are eligible for health and welfare coverage October 1, 2008, please call a Benefits Representative at 1-800-492-2925 to make your elections prior to September 30, 2008. Any delay will result in a delay in coverage, deductions and receipt of necessary ID cards for physician visits.
Beginning October 1, 2008, all employees will manage their health and welfare benefits through the new Regis Health Benefits Service Center (RHBSC)! Our site has a new look and design. We are excited to introduce you to your Health and Welfare Self Service capabilities.
The transition to this new website and system will not affect your current benefits coverage and services provided will be improved drastically. Our benefits representatives are ready to assist you with your health and welfare benefits questions and needs at 1-800-492-2925, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CST. The new website and enrollment system will have all the pertinent benefits information, plan documents, applicable monthly rates and comparison tools so that you can customize your elections to fit your health and welfare benefits needs for the plan year.

The new information website and enrollment center will be live and ready on October 1, 2008. The web address is http://regis.hroffice.com. Your User ID is your SSN/SIN, your password is your 8 digit date of birth followed by the last 3 digits of your SSN/SIN (e.g. 03121960456 for a DOB: March 12, 1960 and a SSN/SIN: 123789456).
As we work through the final stages of conversion to our new benefits center, we will keep you updated on the transition and available materials and website access through various channels such as newsletters, email, POS messages and voicemail to your Area Supervisors and Regional Managers.
